Maintain a prayerful disposition throughout the class. Follow instructions carefully, do not overstrain yourself.
To progress speedily practice at home daily and dedicatedly.
There is no charge or fee. This is a charitable institution. We expect the beneficiaries to be considerate and donate generously.
The science of Yoga is fully oriented for perfect physical-mental-intellectual health. However participants will be taking the course on their own risk. Brahmarishi Mission of Canada does not take responsibility for anything untoward happening
